Eight adults and two juveniles face charges after Celina Police responded to reports of a loud party on Ash Street early Saturday morning.
Jonathon R. Dulebohn, 26, 232 S. Ash St., was charged with permitting underage drinking at his home.
Police determined nine of the 15 people present at the party had been consuming alcohol. [More]
