At 309 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from Kenton to near Jackson Center, moving east at 50 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation. Locations impacted include... Kenton, Jackson Center, Forest, Russells Point, Botkins, Lakeview, Dunkirk, Waynesfield, Belle Center, Chippewa Park, Northwood, Blanchard, Roundhead, Mount Victory, Mcguffey, Ridgeway, Patterson, Dola, Fryburg, and Montra. This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 102 and 106.

Zander Mangen
Zander Christopher Mangen, stillborn son of Michael Mangen and Amber Spahr of Greenville, died July 3, 2009, at Wayne Hospital, Greenville.
Surviving are grandparents, Lanny and Virginia Spahr and Mark and Helen Mangen; and great-grandparents, Earl and Connie Hainline and Delores Mote.
Deceased is a great-grandfather, Phillip E. Spahr.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by Zechar-Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville.
