CELINA - A proposed policy change could bring in more than $500,000 to the financially-beleaguered city but would force some citizens to pay income tax to two municipalities if approved by council members.

CELINA - Officials are taking steps to review the safety of three local bridges with designs similar to the Minnesota bridge that collapsed about three years ago, killing 13.
CELINA - The sheriff's office is purchasing an emergency restraint chair and Taser gun following recent trouble with an unruly prisoner.
Mercer County commissioners this week approved the $3,218 purchase. The money will be taken from the prisoners' commissary fund.
MINSTER - The Minster Local Schools Board of Education met in executive session Thursday night to prepare for negotiations with the Minster Teachers Association.
