WAPAKONETA - A Democrat from Lakeview will be the new director of the Auglaize County Board of Elections.

TIPP CITY - An outstanding pitching effort from Covington's Casey Yingst and a few defensive hiccups by Marion Local made it a tough day for the Flyers' softball team.
Covington scored six unearned runs combined in the third and fourth innings and Yingst twirled a no-hitter to lead the undefeated Lady Buccs to a 10-0 six-inning win over the Flyers in the Division IV regional semifinal action on Thursday at Tippecanoe Middle School in Tipp City. [More]
