The Mercer County Farm Service Agency office in Celina is among some FSA offices nationwide that will temporarily reopen today, Friday and Tuesday to offer limited services.
While staff members will be available to offer help in person, most services can be accessed by calling the office at 419-586-3149. The Auglaize County FSA office in Wapakoneta is not slated to reopen. [More]

County plans to launch new system at general election in November
CELINA - Mercer County elections officials no longer are pushing to have new voting machines ready for the May primary election.
Board of elections members this week agreed it's better to fully vet all options rather than rush a decision on a system that would be used for at least the next decade.

MONTEZUMA - Village council members approved 2019's budget during Wednesday night's meeting.
Total expenditures for the year are set at $96,908, an increase from $82,059 in 2018. A total of $59,859 has been allocated to the general fund, which covers day-to-day operations in the village.
