CELINA - Mercer County commissioners received no bids for the Windy Point Wetlands Restoration Project earlier this week.
Ag Solutions Coordinator and project coordinator Theresa Dirksen has said plans for the project are to restore 14.3 acres of wetlands and upland habitat on land owned by the county. The goal is to cut off nutrient loading tied to lake pollution. [More]
