Celina family promotes care of the planet one tree at a time

CELINA - A Celina family of four spent the last few days planting trees along the Celina-Coldwater bike path to enhance the area's natural beauty, honor Earth Day and inspire others to follow suit in caring for the planet.
Fred and Marina LeJeune and their two sons, Kristian and Lukas, got to work on Friday and finished up on Monday by watering and staking the trees that they hope will flourish and provide shade and comfort for residents in the years ahead. [More]

Marks 2nd death in the county in less than a week
WAPAKONETA - A 72-year-old man is the third person to die of COVID-19 in Auglaize County.
The Auglaize County Health Department announced the death in a social media post on Tuesday afternoon. No further details about the man will be released, according to the health department.
