| Mercer County Auditor Mark Giesige listens as Justice William O'Neill of the 11th District Court of Appeals proclaims the need for a change in the Ohio Supreme Court. Giesige and a crowd of other local Democrats gathered at the Celina American Legion post 210 for the annual Mercer County Democratic Party ox roast Tuesday night. O'Neill is running on the slogan, "money and judges don't mix." He said $12 million was spent by two Republicans last year for two state Supreme Court seats, more than the spending in every other state supreme court race combined.
