| Still overcome by emotion, Dusty Aller leans toward his friend and hero, Justin Cotterman, during a surprise reunion held Wednesday at the Mercer County Educational Service Center. Aller, who sustained brain injuries in an April 2001 traffic accident, composed and sent letters to Cotterman while he served with the U.S. Army Reserves in Iraq.
