A fresh coat of paint on Celina's newest water tower glimmers in the afternoon sun on Tuesday. Contracted workers will be back the week of July 6 to raise the 1.5 million-gallon "bowl" to the top of the concrete shaft. Celina Mayor Sharon LaRue said part of Summit Street will be closed for the event, and residents are encouraged to come watch with a lawn chair. Purchase this as a quality photograph |
