Celina High School volleyball players sign a banner showing their commitment to use seat belts -- one of several programs under way in hopes of stemming the tide of traffic fatalities involving teenagers. Ten young people, ranging in age from 14 to 19, have died in Mercer and Auglaize counties this year. The banners will be carried or displayed at Friday night's Celina-Wapakoneta football game.
