A state construction crew moves dirt along the shore of Grand Lake St. Marys off West Bank Road in Celina on Tuesday in preparation for a new 7,000-foot-long nonmotorized trail. Grand Lake St. Marys State Park received an $80,000 recreational trails grant. The state park will provide about $21,000 in matching funds. The 10-foot-wide asphalt trail will be poured this summer.
