| Gage Crouch, the first baby born in the Grand Lake St. Marys area this year, is pictured cuddling with his mother, Kaliegh Crouch of Celina. The little guy arrived at 4:24 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 1, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater. He weighed 8 pounds, 2 ounces and was 21 inches long. Nurses at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys, said this morning they were still waiting on the first baby of the year to make his or her appearance in Auglaize County.
