| Water from Grand Lake St. Marys spills over the West Bank spillway into the Beaver Creek, which was out of its banks this morning. The lake was reported as 12 inches above normal lake level this morning. Local weather forecaster Dennis Howick has reported 2.38 inches of precipitation since Jan. 1 and predicts freezing rain, sleet and snow today and tonight.
