The American Red Cross set up several emergency shelters in Mercer and Auglaize counties. Seeking shelter, above, at the Red Cross shelter at St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Celina were Dogwood Drive residents Benjamin and Heather Ott and their ten-month-old daughter, Bailey. "Our power went out Wednesday night and we toughed it out the first night but yesterday, the house was way too cold, especially for Bailey," Heather Ott said.
