| Volunteers fill sandbags near Bob's Audiovideo in Celina this morning and then stacked them around Community Medical Center. The Beaver Creek was out of its banks this morning, with water up to U.S. 127 and threatening several businesses. As of press time, water had not yet entered the medical center or Breakway RecPlex.
