  Above, one lane of U. S. 127 below the spillway of Grand Lake St. Marys was opened to southbound traffic early Thursday afternoon. Northbound traffic was routed around the flooded area on West Bank Road.
At left, floodwater covers nearly all of Bunge Park, west of Celina along state Route 29, on Thursday. Several other acres of land to the north also are underwater by several feet at some locations.
