| Vehicles travel through near white-out conditions Tuesday afternoon as they slowly make their way along state Route 118 in rural Celina. A Level One Snow Alert was issued by Mercer County Sheriff Jeff Grey at 8:50 p.m. Tuesday but the designation was lifted by early this morning.
