A leprechaun made his way to The Daily Standard this morning and delighted the staff with several Irish tunes in observance of St. Patrick's Day. Edward Tobin, 71, of Celina, visited schools and businesses today to spread the luck of the Irish as he has done since 1991. The Montezuma native said he officially began the tradition to brighten the spirits of patients at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys, where he worked as a maintenance man.
