Though three days into spring, the forecast calls for temperatures below the normal high of 52 degrees. Local weather forecaster Dennis Howick said the high today will be 47, tomorrow 42. At right, a state park employee works to clear fallen limbs and brush from West Bank State Park this morning. Park Manager Craig Morton said the south end of the park will be reopened within a week or so. "As long as the forecast doesn't show us going back into a deep freeze or a snowstorm."
