| Construction will continue throughout the spring on the rebuilding of Main Street in Mendon. Shinn Brothers of Celina is the main contractor on the $625,000 job, which was paid with a $300,000 grant to aid economically distressed communities, an Ohio Public Works Commission grant and money from the county and village funds.
