| Ohio Auditor of State Betty Montgomery talks politics Friday night as a surprise speaker at the annual Mercer County Republican Party Reagan Day Celebration. Montgomery has announced plans to run for Ohio governor in 2006. Earlier in the program Jo Ann Davidson, co-chair of the Republican National Convention, stressed the need to continue the recruitment efforts that defined the 2004 re-election of President George W.
