president of CHAMP, hands out candy to Celina High School students wearing seatbelts Monday afternoon. CHAMP assisted the Celina Police Department in kicking off a statewide seatbelt campaign with the approach of Memorial Day. They found all the students using seat belts and some band members in the ranks sang the "Buckle Up" jingle at the checkpoints.
