| The 2005 Tri Star house failed to sell at auction Thursday evening after Celina City Schools board of education rejected the top bid of $130,000 during a special board meeting held at the house. Realtor Lowell Ziggenbusch of Re/Max Select in New Bremen presented clients following the auction who purchased the 920 Fleck Avenue property for $189,000. Ziggenbusch will receive a 6 percent commission that was approved by the board at an earlier meeting. Buyers Christopher and Amy Eblen of Celina will close on the property on or before July 23.
