Boy Scout Troop 44 will serve as grand marshals for the 31st Minster Oktoberfest Parade. At right, Minster High School freshman Laura Stueve, daughter of Jack and Karen Stueve, holds the Oktoberfest button she designed. The Boy Scout troop, which is marking its 60th anniversary, continue to do community service projects, including picking up trash along county and township roads in the Minster area. Scouts also man a pretzel stand at Oktoberfest, which will be held Sept. 30 through Oct. 2. All past Scoutmasters, committee members and former troop members, as well as the troop's 40 Eagle Scouts have been invited to participate in the parade. Purchase this as a quality photograph |
