| Judy Stetler cuddles with her grandmother, Alma Now, as the family sings hymns for her 106th birthday party on Wednesday at The Laurels of Shane Hill in Rockford. She is the oldest resident of Mercer County and possibly the oldest in Ohio. Also attending the party were Now's four sons, Larry, Dr. Marlin, Charles and Dick Stephenson, and their spouses. A daughter, Virginia Clegg, and another son, Jerry Stephenson, plan to visit next week. She also has two step-children, Vaughn Now and the Rev. Morris Now, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Now was born Alma Elizabeth Bollenbacher in 1899 on an Erastus-Durbin Road farm.
