Emergency personnel prepare to leave the scene of a Tuesday morning accident at the intersection of U.S. 33 and state Route 707 after both drivers declined treatment. Gary C. Strebin, 63, of Kokomo, Ind., was eastbound and failed to stop at the state Route 707 stop sign. He proceeded into the intersection where his car struck a minivan driven by James J.
