| A Coldwater firefighter looks at a chair, a wrecked motorcycle and a BMW -- all of which were involved in an accident at 1:53 p.m. Wednesday on U.S. 127, south of state Route 219. The chair fell from a southbound pickup truck driven by Joseph M. Schwer, 51, of Wapakoneta. Kelly M. Wilson, 19, of Greenville, the driver of the car, braked hard to avoid hitting the chair and motorcyclist Eric C. Schwartz, 32, 512 E. Anthony St., Celina, failed to stop in time, according to Mercer County Sheriff's Office reports. The motorcycle traveled into the ditch after striking the rear of the car, ejecting Schwartz. He was taken by ambulance to Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater. Wilson and her passenger, Alicia M. Dentino, 19, of Eldora, later received medical attention at Wayne Hospital in Greenville. The report did not list a citation. Purchase this as a quality photograph | ||||||||
