| | The old public works building in Celina, now used for storage of recovered bicycles and vehicles and as a practice shooting range for law enforcement, has been in disrepair for some time, officials say. The roof is sagging and has multiple holes and window glass is gone. The city will demolish the building and clear the site in the next few months.
