Private contractors have begun restoring the surface of the wall at the corner of Spring and Chestnut streets in St. Marys to prepare it for three large murals. The site has been vacant since a fire destroyed Matt's Restaurant a few years ago. The restored downtown oasis is now known as Heritage Park.
