Guest speaker Phil Chalmers addresses hundreds of teenagers during a Wednesday night teen rally at the Breakaway RecPlex. Chalmers is the first of two speakers who will talk about challenges young people face today and the importance of abstinence. A grant awarded to the Mercer County Teen Coalition and Mercer County Right to Life covers associated costs including billboards and surveys. The second series of programs will take place in March with Pam Stenzel.
