| | The Wapakoneta Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol said the semitrailer, pictured on its side above, entered the ramp from U.S. 33 and state Route 29 to access eastbound U.S. 33. Driven by James Neuhart, 40, of Springfield, the tractor and its trailer overturned and slid off the left side of the ramp. Neuhart was cited for failure to maintain control, received minor injuries but was not transported to the hospital. The accident happened at 9:25 a.m. Wednesday.
