Three properties will be demolished using Community Development Block Grant Distress moneys in Montezuma. Owners Joe and Jodie Glick have given the village permission to demolish the out building (pictured at left) west of their residence on Main Street. Brenda Springer has given permission for the demolition of the building (middle) she owns just south of Main Street. Max Brodbeck has agreed to tearing down the building (right) on his property at the corner of Main and High streets. The grant also provides for leveling and seeding the land. The work is expected to start after Jan. 1.
