The proposed Work consists of furnishing all labor, supervision, tools and equipment to complete the project scope as follows:
The City of Celina is improving a section of their existing 13.2kV distribution system and adding a metered underbuilt distribution circuit for Reynolds & Reynolds. This construction will include the installation of new poles, conductor, crossarms, insulators and miscellaneous items of construction. All material will be supplied by the City of Celina.
The contract documents and Specifications are on file at the Office of the Safety-Service Director, 225 North Main Street, Celina, Ohio 45822, and at the office of the Engineer, GPD Group, 520 South Main Street, Suite 2531, Akron, Ohio 44311-1010. All bids shall be signed and submitted in duplicate on the blanks, which are provided separately with the Specifications. Bids shall state the price by item and shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked:

Each bid shall contain the name of every person, firm or corporation interested in the same, and must be accompanied by either a bid guaranty bond to the satisfaction of the City, or a certified check drawn on a solvent bank, in the sum of 10% of the bid, made payable to the City of Celina, Ohio, as a guaranty that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured.
In lieu of a "bid bond," a certified check, on a solvent bank, made payable to The City of Celina, in the sum of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid will also be accepted as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into.
The successful bidder will be required to post a performance-payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the contract awarded.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 23, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. at the City of Celina Administration Building, Office of the Safety-Service Director, 225 North Main Street, Celina, Ohio 45822.
No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of 60 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.

Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus
These bids are to be in accordance with Specifications on file in the office of the Safety-Service Director and will be received in the office of the Safety-Service Director, 225 N. Main Street, Celina, Ohio 45822. Bids will be accepted until 11:30 a.m. local time, Thursday, August 8, 2019, and at that time and place will be publicly opened.
Each bid must be enclosed in an appropriately marked and sealed envelope and must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same.
The Safety-Service Director reserves the right to waive informalities, to reject any or all bids, or to accept the bid that will serve the best interests of the City of Celina, Ohio.

Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Commissioners of Mercer County, Ohio, until 11:00 A.M. on July 25, 2019, at the office of the Mercer County Commissioners located at 220 West Livingston Street, Room A201, Celina, Ohio, 45822 for Center Line, Edge Line and Auxiliary Line Pavement Marking for Various Mercer County/Township Roads and all work incidental thereto in accordance with the specifications therefor.
Bids will be opened at 11:00 A.M., July 25, 2019, in the Office of the County Commissioners.
Each bid package must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. The bid guaranty shall be in the form of either:
1. A bond for the full amount of the bid, or
2. A certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid. Upon entering a contract, a performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the project will be required.
A completed bid blank should be submitted on the project.
All bidders must be currently on ODOT'S list of pre-approved contractors.

Award of Contract will be made on the basis of the total lump sum bid submitted.

NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
The Mercer County Commissioners will receive sealed bids for the construction of the Windy Point Wetland Restoration & Creation project on the Mercer County Commissioner's property located in Franklin Township, Section 20, Mercer County, Ohio near State Route 219 and Windy Point Road.
Bids will be received in the office of the Mercer County Commissioners located at 220 W. Livingston Street, Rm. A201, Celina, Ohio 45822 until 10:00 a.m. (local time), July 25, 2019, at which time and place bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. Bids received after 10:00 a.m. (local time) will be returned unopened.
Bids must be signed and submitted on the separate bidding forms included in the Bidding Documents, sealed, and shall be accompanied by either a Bid Guaranty Bond in the amount of 100% of the Bid amount or by a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit on a solvent bank in the amount of not less than 10% of the amount of the Bid, subject to conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Bid security, furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. The successful Bidder(s) will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Bid.
The Bidding Documents, which include Drawings, Specifications and blank bid forms, may be examined and obtained at the office of Mercer County Community and Economic Development, 101 N. Main St., Room 102, Celina, Ohio 45822. These documents will be shipped at the Bidder's expense for a shipping fee. BIDS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED FROM BIDDERS LISTED ON THE ENGINEER'S OFFICIAL LIST OF PLAN HOLDERS.
Award of the contract(s) will be made on the basis of the lowest and best bid submitted.
