Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses, Next of Kin, Assigns, Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs, and Unknown Creditors of Richard S. Beougher, deceased, whose last known addresses are unknown, and who cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on October 20, 2017, The Peoples Bank Co. filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mercer County, Ohio, in Case No. 17-CIV-095, on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to-wit:
Property Address: 704 Echo St., Celina, Ohio 45822, Mercer County Parcel No. 27-209100.0000, and being more particularly described in Plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Instrument #201400004316, of the Mercer County, Ohio Recorder's Office. The legal description can also be found in Instrument #201400004315, of the Mercer County, Ohio Recorder's Office.
All of the above-named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this Notice, which shall be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, the answer date being Dececember 29th, 2017, or judgment may be rendered against them as demanded by Plaintiff.

The Defendant, Gregory McGhee but whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on May 19, 2017, the Plaintiff, U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Residential Asset Securities Corporation, Home Equity Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-KS10 filed its Complaint in Case No. 17-CIV-042, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mercer County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 229 West Warren Street, Celina, OH 45822, Permanent Parcel No. 27-077000.0000, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendant, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.
The Defendant, Gregory McGhee is required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. In the event that the Defendant, Gregory McGhee fails to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
