• Title III C1 and C2 Older Americans Act Funds for the Administrative Functions of Home Delivered Meals and Congregate Meal Restaurant based dining projects.

• Title III D Disease Prevention and Health Promotion

Funding is intended for services to persons 60 years and older within Allen, Auglaize, Hancock, Hardin, Mercer, Putnam and Van Wert Counties.
