Area Agency on Aging 3 intends to award the following funds for calendar years 2027-2030 to providers who furnish services as specified below to people 60 and older within Allen, Auglaize, Hancock, Hardin, Mercer, Putnam, and/or Van Wert counties:
• Title III-B Older Americans Act, Care Coordination Program (Services include Personal Care, Homemaker, Adult Day Service, Home Maintenance and Chore, Home Modification and Home Medical Equipment)
• Title III-B Older Americans Act, Legal Services
• Title III C1 and C2 Older Americans Act Funds for the Administrative Functions of Home Delivered Meals and Congregate Meal Restaurant-based dining projects.
• Title III-C1 Older Americans Act, Nutrition Program, Restaurant Program
• Title III-C2 Older Americans Act, Nutrition Program, Home Delivered Meals Projects
• Title III-D Older Americans Act, Disease Prevention and Health Promotion Services
Requests for Proposals will be accepted beginning Monday, April 13, 2026. The deadline to apply is Friday, May 15, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. For a copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP), please visit our website at: www.aaa3.org. A provider meeting addressing questions specific to the RFP will be held through a virtual platform on April 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Interested bidders are strongly encouraged to attend to ensure a complete submission. NOTICE TO VENDORS
MERCER COUNTY ACCEPTANCE OF PAYMENTS BY FINANCIAL DEVICE
Mercer County intends to request proposals for the provision of payments by financial devices for the purpose of offering customers of the Mercer County Auditor and Mercer County Recorder's Offices alternative payment methods. Requests for proposals will be mailed on or after the 20th day of March, 2026. Vendors interested in receiving the Request for Proposals may request a proposal by calling the office of the Mercer County Commissioners at 419-586-3178 not later than noon on the date listed above.
After March 20, 2026, a copy of the proposal may also be obtained at the following web site: https://www.mercercountyohio.gov/elected-officials/commissioners/rfq/
Each proposal must be in a sealed envelope and the outside thereof properly labeled "RFP for Payments by Financial Transaction Devices." Proposals containing one original and one photocopied version must be received by the county not later than April 7, 2026, at the following address:

The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to waive any and all informalities and the right to reject any and all proposals. Mercer County has the discretion to determine the lowest and best vendor.
