NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BUTLER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
A public hearing will be held before the Butler Township Board of Zoning Appeals on November 20, 2017, at 8:00 P.M. at the Butler Township House, 306 West Main Street, Coldwater, Ohio, for the purpose of hearing the following:
Application by Richard Dues for a variance from the rear yard set back requirement to create a lot at 3344 Siegrist-Jutte Road, Coldwater, Ohio, in Section 6 of Township 7 South, Range 2 East, of Mercer County, Ohio.
Application by William Klenke for a variance from the side yard set back requirement for an accessory building at 3645 Coldwater Creek Road, Coldwater, Ohio, in Section 2 of Township 7 South, Range 2 East, of Mercer County, Ohio.

Proposed Zoning Change
The Marion Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on the proposed amendment to the Marion Township zoning map. The proposed amendment was submitted by Maria Stein Grain Company, purchaser of the property proposed to be changed. The amendment would re-zone .495 of an acre in Section 26 of Township 7 South, Range 3 East, Marion Township, Mercer County, Ohio, from a Residential 1 to Commercial 1 zone.
The hearing will be held November 14, 2017, at 7:00 P.M. at the Marion Township House, 8078 Marion Drive, Maria Stein, Ohio.
Following is a list of the addresses of all properties to be re-zoned or redistricted by the proposed amendment and the names of owners of these properties, as they appear on the county auditor's current tax list: 1968 State Route 716, Maria Stein, Ohio 45860, Matthew and Rebecca Simco, owners.
The application proposing to amend the zoning resolution will be available for public examination for a period of at least ten days from September 25, 2017, to October 25, 2017, prior to the public hearing at the office of the Mercer County Commission, 220 West Livingston Street, Celina, Ohio 45822.
The person responsible for giving notice of the public hearing by publication or by mail, or both, is Bonnie Garrison, Township Fiscal Officer.

OCTOBER 26, 2017
The Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Celina will hold a public meeting on Thursday, October 26th, 2017, in the Celina Administration Building, 225 N. Main Street (second floor in the City Council Chambers). The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following requests:
The first item for review is a request by Brian May of Access Engineering for variances to a proposed AT&T on Havemann Road. Due to the lot size, he is requesting variances to the front,
back, and east sides of the building. See Section 1186 of the Zoning Code.
The second item for review is a request from Jay, manager of the Marathon Station at 515 E. Market Street. He is proposing a variance for a nonresidential addition for a walk-in cooler on the east side of his building. The 8 foot addition will sit 12 feet from the property line; according to the Celina Zoning Code for the B-1 district, the required side yard setback is 15 feet. See Section 1166.07 of the Zoning Code.
