PROPOSED ZONING CHANGE
The Center Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to the Center Township Zoning Code on May 14, 2018, at 7:30 P.M., at the Center Township House, 8071 U.S. Route 33, Celina, Ohio 45822. The proposed amendments were submitted by Center Township Board of Trustees. The amendment would make general modifications to the Zoning Code of the Township.
The application proposing to amend the Code will be available for public examination from April 26, 2018, until May 14, 2018, at the office of the Mercer County Commission, 220 West Livingston Street, Celina, Ohio 45822.
The person responsible for giving notice of the public hearing by publication is John E. Sites, Township Fiscal Officer.

The application, submitted by Michael Schaekel and Lisa Wendel, requests a Variance of 21' 6" in the front yard setback, for the construction of a garage to be located on the property at 5417 Lake Drive, Celina, Ohio 45822.
