The Zoning Board of Appeals for the Village of Fort Recovery will hold a public hearing on an application for a variance request on June 26, 2018, at 7:30 p.m. located at: Fort Recovery Village Hall, 201 S. Main St., Fort Recovery, OH 45846. This application submitted by Steve & Beth Pearson requests that a variance be granted to allow for a change in the rear yard setback for construction of a residential addition to the property at 104 E. Center St., Fort Recovery, Ohio.

FOR VARIANCE AND PUBLIC MEETING
Notice is hereby given that an application for variance has been submitted to the Coldwater Board of Zoning Appeals by Greg Bruns, for the property located at 705 E. Main Street, Coldwater, Ohio.
Applicant requests Variance to Section 500 - Lot and Yard Requirements of Zoning Ordinance No. 1586 for the Village Coldwater for the said property. The owner is proposing a detached garage 26' x 40' that will encroach on the back yard set back by 30'.
The Board of Planning and Zoning Appeals may not act upon this request prior to notification of adjacent property owners. Any such property owner may submit written objections to the office of the Village Manager at 610 West Sycamore Street, Coldwater, Ohio 45828. Written objections must be received prior to the Board of Appeals meeting at 5:00 P.M. on Wednesday, June 6, 2018. Any person may attend this public meeting and speak for or against this application.
