BUTLER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
A public hearing will be held before the Butler Township Board of Zoning Appeals on March 18, 2019, at 8:00 P.M. at the Butler Township House, 306 West Main Street, Coldwater, Ohio, for the purpose of hearing the following:
Application by Justin and Kimberly Ross for a variance from side and rear yard set back requirements for an accessory building at 4975 S.R. 219, Coldwater, Ohio, in Section 27 of Township 6 South, Range 2 East, of Mercer County, Ohio.

Legal Notice, Proposed Zoning Change
The Blackcreek Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on the proposed amendment to the Blackcreek Township Code on March 18, 2019, at 7:30 p.m., at the Blackcreek Township House, 1511 Manley Road, Rockford, Ohio 45882. The proposed amendment was submitted upon resolution of the Township Board of Trustees. The amendment would make various changes to the text of the Zoning Code.
The resolution to amend the zoning code will be available for public examination for a period of ten days from February 19, 2019, to March 18, 2019, prior to the public hearing at the office of the Mercer County Commission, 220 West Livingston Street, Celina, Ohio 45822, between 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.
The person responsible for giving notice of the public hearing by publication or by mail, or both, is Curtis Hamrick, Blackcreek Township Fiscal Officer.

A public hearing will be held before the Granville Township Board of Zoning Appeals on March 11, 2019, at 8:00 p.m. at the Granville Township House, 141 S. Walnut St., St. Henry, Ohio, for the purpose of hearing the following:
Application by James Niekamp for a variance from the side and rear yard setback requirements for an accessory building at 4281 Lange Road, St. Henry, Ohio, in Section 21 of Township 7 South, Range 2 East, of Mercer County, Ohio.

The Franklin Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider the application for a Conditional Use permit on the 4th day of March, 2019, at 6:30 p.m. at the Franklin Township House, 6805 St. Rt. 219, Celina. The application, submitted by Kyle Lehman and Sherry Fuson, requests a Conditional Use permit for outside storage on the property at 6101 St. Rt. 219, Celina, Ohio 45822. A Conditional Use is required in a Commercial and Industrial District for outside storage per 1128.53 Section N.
