The Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Celina will hold a public meeting on Thursday, April 25, 2019, in the Celina Administration Building, 225 N. Main Street (second floor in the City Council Chambers). The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. to consider the following requests:
The item for review is a request by Travis Braun of 529 East Wayne St., Celina, OH to place a 12' x 14' shed in rear of property less than the allowable setbacks.

The Franklin Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider the application for a Variance on the 6th day of May, 2019, at 6:30 p.m. at the Franklin Township House, 6805 St. Rt. 219, Celina. The application, submitted by Cory Shinn, requests a Variance of 0" in the front yard set-back and 3' 6" Variance from the rear of the property for the construction of a new home to be built on the property at 6651 Oak Street, Celina, Ohio 45822. Supplemental Regulation for the Variance is 1127.39.
NOTICE OF HEARING
Gibson Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on April 30, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. at the Gibson Township House. Purpose is to discuss a side clearance variance for Jeff Brackman at 301 Lightsville-Northern Road, Fort Recovery. Case #4315.
A second variance will be discussed for side lot variance for Dan Wilker at 103 Fox Road, Fort Recovery, Case #4314.

Application by Ralph Shindeldecker for a variance from the side yard setback requirements for an accessory building at 8744 Now Road, Celina, Ohio, in Section 17 of Township 5 South, Range 2 East, of Mercer County, Ohio.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE AND PUBLIC MEETING
Notice is hereby given that an application for variance has been submitted to the Coldwater Board of Zoning Appeals by M.,D., & M. LLC, for the proposed new McDonald's located at 703 E. Main Street, Coldwater, Ohio.
Applicant request a variance to allow for the new facility. The proposed project will remove the existing building and replace it with a new structure. This new site plan has been review and will require a variance to allow the proposed parking area to be closer than 10' to the street right-of-way and the trash enclosure will be located in the side yard setback.
The Board of Planning and Zoning Appeals may not act upon this request prior to notifications of adjacent property owners. Any such property owner may submit written objections to the office of the Village Manager at 610 West Sycamore Street, Coldwater, Ohio 45828. Written objections must be received prior to the Board of Appeals Meeting at 5:00 P.M. on Wednesday, April 10, 2019. Any person may attend this public meeting and speak for or against this application.
