MARION TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

A public hearing will be held before the Marion Township Board of Zoning Appeals on Monday April 27, 2026, at 8:00 P.M. at the Marion Township Building, 8078 Marion Drive, Maria Stein, OH for the purpose of hearing the following:

The application of Douglas and Teresa Grieshop, 7352 Indian Trail Road, Maria Stein, OH. They are requesting a front yard variance to construct an Accessory Structure on their residential lot. They are requesting that the Accessory Structure be located closer to the public right-of-way than the residence. This residential lot is located at the above address, in Section 26, Marion Township.

The application of Marcus A. Otte, 1486 Rolfes Road, Maria Stein, OH. He is requesting a front yard variance to construct an Accessory Structure on their residential lot. He is requesting that the Accessory Structure be located closer to the public right-of-way than the residence. This residential lot is located at the above address, in Section 35, Marion Township.

Notice is hereby given that an application for variance has been submitted by Kyle Dues, to the Village of Coldwater Board of Appeals for the property located at 404 South Second Street, Coldwater, Ohio.
