Notice is hereby given that bids will be received by the Board of Trustees of Jefferson Township, Mercer County, Ohio, until June 25, 2019, at 7:30 p.m. for the Cemetery Caretaker, mowing, trimming, and maintenance services of, Old Town Cemetery, Petrie Cemetery, Meade Cemetery, Swamp College Cemetery, Mercer Memory Gardens Cemetery and Jefferson Township Hall. Bids will be opened at 8:00 p.m. June 25, 2019, at the Jefferson Township House, 7171 Havemann Road, Celina, OH 45822

Bids are to be submitted for all of the above services on the basis of each individual area of service. No bid will be considered unless accompanied by a certified check or cashier's check in the amount of $500.00 to guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, a contract will be concluded between the bidder and the Township.
The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to waive any irregularities.

MERCER COUNTY FAIRGROUND DRIVES PAVING
Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Mercer County Commissioners for resurfacing of various drives/parking areas in the Mercer County Fairgrounds.
Bids shall be submitted in duplicate to the Clerk of the Board of Mercer County Commissioners, located at Central Services Building, 220 West Livingston Street, Room A201, Celina, Ohio 45822.
Bids must be submitted by 11:00 a.m. on June 25, 2019, at which time they will be opened.
Plans, specifications, and bid forms can be obtained by contacting the Mercer County Engineer's Office, located at 4884 Mud Pike, Celina, Ohio 45822 (Phone: 419-586-7759).
The bid package must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. The bid guaranty shall be in the form of either:
1. A bond for the full amount of the bid, or
2. A certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid. Upon entering a contract, a performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the project will be required.
All bidders must comply with Ohio Prevailing Wage requirements.
Contracts will be awarded on a unit price basis to the lowest and best bidder.
The awarding agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities when the same are to the agency's advantage.

The Franklin Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider the application for a Variance on the 17th day of June, 2019, at 6:30 p.m. at the Franklin Township House, 6805 St. Rt. 219, Celina. In accordance with OAC rule 901:10-6-01, public notice is hereby given that the Ohio Department of Agriculture (ODA) is accepting comments on a draft Permit to Install (PTI) and a draft Permit to Operate (PTO) for the facility called "Acheson Poultry" which is located at 2120 Erastus-Durbin Road, Fort Recovery, Ohio 45846 in Mercer County, Recovery Township, in the Upper Wabash Watershed. If the final permit is issued, the PTO would be valid for five years.

Any person may submit written comments and/or request a public meeting on the draft permits. The City of Celina will receive sealed bids for the construction of the West Market Street Waterline Replacement project.
Bids will be received at the office of the City of Celina, 225 N. Main Street, Celina, Ohio, until 11:00 a.m. June 20, 2019, at which time and place bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. Bids received after 11:00 a.m. will be retuned unopened.
Bids will be received on a unit price basis as outlined in the bid documents:
The West Market Street Waterline Replacement project involves the replacement of an existing waterline on West Market Street from Brandon Avenue to Main Street The project will include approximately 2,100 lineal feet of 8' waterline, 35 water service line connections, along with the needed fire hydrants, valves, and fittings. The project also includes restoration.
Bids must be signed and submitted on the separate bidding forms included in the Bidding Documents, sealed in the provided envelope, and shall be accompanied by either a Bid Guaranty Bond in the amount of 100% of the Bid amount or by a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit on a solvent bank in the amount of not less than 10% of the amount of the Bid, subject to conditions provided in the instructions to Bidders. Bid security, furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Bid.
Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to the State of Ohio prevailing wage rates, various insurance requirements, and various equal employment opportunity provisions.
