Notice is hereby given that the Annual Financial Report for the year ending December 31, 2023, has been completed for the Grand Lake St. Marys Lake Facility Authority (LFA). Said report is available for public inspection at the office of the Mercer County Auditor, Courthouse, Celina, or the office of the Board of Mercer County Commissioners, 220 West Livingston Street, Celina.

LFA has established their meeting dates as the fourth Tuesday of each month in 2024. The meetings will begin at 11:00 a.m. and will be held at 220 West Livingston Street, Celina, Ohio.

The Cash Basis Annual Financial Report of the Fort Recovery Public Library for the year ended December 31, 2023 has been completed and is available for public inspection at the Fort Recovery Public Library. A copy of the report can be provided upon request. Library hours are Monday and Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Tuesday 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  The library is located at 113 N. Wayne Street, Fort Recovery, Ohio.

Notice is given that the board holds their regular meeting the last Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at the Fort Recovery Public Library.
