The Planning Commission of the City of Celina will hold a public meeting on Thursday, October 19, 2017, in the Celina Administration Building, 225 N. Main Street (second floor Council Chambers). The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m.
The first item on the agenda is a request by Lorraine Brunswick of 213 Jill Avenue for a Conditional Use. Her property sits in an R-2 district, which allows for Home Occupations on a conditional basis. If approved, she will be operating a candle-making business out of her home. See section 1163.04 of the Zoning Code for reference.
The second item on the agenda is a request by Brian May of Access Engineering for the approval of a preliminary Site Plan. His client, Lighthouse Property Development, LLC wishes to purchase the property between O'Reilly Auto Parts and Cashland on Havemann Road and build an AT&T Store.
The third item on the agenda is a request by Brian May of Access Engineering for the approval of the Final Site Plan of Wheatland Acres Phase V. See section 1146 of the Zoning Code for reference.
The fourth item on the agenda is a request by Mike Hennon for a Site Plan Review of a proposed Cell Tower at 441 Grand Lake Road.
