TERMS OF SALE: Property cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of the appraised value. Required deposit in cash or certified funds due at the time of sale and balance in cash or certified check upon confirmation of sale. If Judgment Creditor is purchaser, no deposit is required.
TERMS OF 2ND SALE: Property to be sold without regard to minimum bid requirements, subject to payment of taxes and court costs; deposit and payment requirements same as the first auction.

The Planning Commission of the City of Celina will hold a public meeting on Thursday, August 1, 2019, in the Celina Administration Building, 225 N. Main Street (second floor Council Chambers). The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m.
The first and only item on the agenda is a request by Troy Town LLC, Dayton, OH 45413 requesting a zoning change on empty lot parcel on Irmscher Blvd. Current zoning is B-3 and requesting R-O zoning classification.

The Franklin Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider the application for a Variance on the 5th day of August, 2019, at 6:30 p.m. at the Franklin Township House, 6805 St. Rt. 219, Celina. The application, submitted by Samuel Mescher, requests a 3' Variance from the side yard set-back of the property to allow for the construction of an addition to an existing building on the property at 7009 Guadalupe Road, Celina, Ohio 45822. Specifically, the Regulation (1127) requires a side yard setback of 20'.
