In accordance with OAC rule 901:10-6-01, public notice is hereby given that the Ohio Department of Agriculture (ODA) is accepting comments and will hold an open house and public meeting on a draft Permit to Install (PTI) and a draft Permit to Operate (PTO) for the facility called "MVP Dairy" which is proposed to be located at 7124 U.S. 33 Celina, Ohio 45822 in Mercer County, Center Township in the St. Marys Watershed. If the final permit is issued, the PTO would be valid for five years.
The open house and public meeting will be held on August 8, 2017, at the Mercer County Central Services Building, first floor conference room at 220 West Livingston Street, Celina, Ohio 45822. The open house will begin at 6:30 p.m. The public meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m., to obtain additional information limited to the criteria applicable to the permit noticed herein. A recording of the public meeting will be made to ensure accuracy. Interested parties may appear and submit oral or written comments concerning the permit; or may submit written comments to: Ohio Department of Agriculture, Division of Livestock Environmental Permitting (DLEP), 8995 East Main Street, Reynoldsburg, Ohio 43068; (614) 387-0470. Comments must be received no later than 5:00 p.m., August 15, 2017. Comments received after August, 15, 2017, will not be considered.

Sealed Bids for the Community Park Tennis Courts REBID will be received by the Village of Fort Recovery at the Village Hall, 201 S. Main Street, Fort Recovery, Ohio 45846, until Thursday, July 13, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. local time, at which time bids received will be publicly opened and read.
In general, the project consists of the site work for basketball and tennis courts including the installation of pavement, sports equipment, storm sewer, and lighting.
State of Ohio Fund 7031 or 7035 monies are being used to assist construction and relevant state requirements will apply.
