The Recovery Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on April 9, 2018, a 7:00 P.M., at the Recovery Township House, 2969 State Route 49, Fort Recovery, Ohio 45846. The Commission will hear an application to amend the zoning map to change the zoning classification of a parcel of 42.38 acres owned by Buckeye Real Estate Development, Inc., located at 2200 State Route 119, Fort Recovery, Ohio, in Section 14 of Township 7 South, Range 1 East, Recovery Township, Mercer County, Ohio. The property is presently zoned Agricultural/Residential (A-1/R-1) and the applicant proposes to rezone the property Commercial (C-1).

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The City of Celina will receive sealed bids for the construction of the North Main Street Improvements project.
Bids will be received at the office of the City of Celina, 225 N. Main Street, Celina, Ohio, until 10:00 a.m. April 19, 2018, at which time and place bids will be opened publicly and read aloud/ Bids received after 10:00 a.m. will be returned unopened.
Bids will be received on a unit price basis as outlined in the bid documents:
The North Main Street Improvements project involves the replacement of concrete curbing, concrete sidewalk, waterline, storm sewer, asphalt pavement, and other miscellaneous work on a 3,400 lineal feet section of Main Street from Fulton Street to Summit Street.
Bids must be signed and submitted on the separate bidding forms included in the Bidding Documents, sealed in the provided envelope, and shall be accompanied by either a Bid Guaranty Bond in the amount of 100% of the Bid amount or by a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit on a solvent bank in the amount of not less than 10% of the amount of the Bid, subject to conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Bid security, furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Bid.
Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to the State of Ohio prevailing wage rates, various insurance requirements, and various equal employment opportunity provisions.

These bids are to be in accordance with Specifications on file in the office of the Safety Service Director. They will be received in the office of the Director, which is located in the City Administration Building, 225 N. Main Street, Celina, Ohio 45822. Bids will be accepted until 11:00 a.m., local time, Wednesday, May 16, 2018, and at that time and place will be publicly opened. Contracts will be for a period of one (1) year from the date of Contract with option for renewal.
Each bid must be enclosed in an appropriately marked and sealed envelope and must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same. All bids shall be made on Bid Forms furnished with the Invitation to Bid, and must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid as a guarantee that, if a bid is accepted, the bidder will enter into a Contract. On bids for services, or where quantities are not determined, a bid security of five hundred dollars ($500.00) will be required. A Performance Bond may be required on Contracts for professional services.
