VERSAILLES - Area law enforcement agencies are warning people to lock their doors and vehicles while a search continues for a fugitive.
The suspect, 42-year-old Robert Scott Kindred, escaped from officers during pursuits Sunday and Monday in Darke and Miami counties near Bradford and Versailles. He is wanted for a probation violation, stealing several vehicles and breaking into homes in Darke and Miami counties. [More]
